MEPOGENSA

Molecular Epidemiology and Population Genomics of Streptococcus agalactiae Isolates from the Microbiome of Pregnant Women and Neonates

MEPOGENSA describes the burden and the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B Streptococcus) in pregnant women and newborns in Cameroon, including virulence factors and resistance mechanisms, to guide surveillance, prevention and control strategies.
